Well if you are using wordpress you've already got the blog part. SimplePress is a wordpress plugin that creates the forum. http://simple-press.com/

Hello i having a more knowledge of create forum account on all that forum sites b;cause i have already worked on it...
You can just add a forum like phpBB within a different directory and link your Wordpress to it. I can't think of a way to actually have the two integrated unless you can find a plugin for Wordpress.
The techniques have changed some but the principles are the same.
