Depending on your hosting provider they may have a simple install feature like Fantastico.

Yes Sir! Very well suggestion, If I were you, I would also do the same. ?

Everything can be searched through Google.

If someone really don't get how to do something, it's the time to seek for Forums or other discussion boards.

Yep, I agree that VBulletin is really great to use but since it's not actually free, PhpBB would be great for starters and

If you have knowledge of web programming, wikihow can tell you simple ways to connect with database and create your own forum in your own domain.
