NEED HELP! Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

Hi everyone,

I am in need of you all's expertise regarding this issue I'm having with the website. The website has been working in the past but up until recently, whenever I go to this website, and click on the links it would take me to the screen that says:

" Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Disk or network error.

I am not a web developer, so I am kinda lost as how to fix this issue and so I am reaching out to you guys for help.
