Is There Any Way to Merge Your Contacts.

i have some thousands of contacts at my linkedin account, 100 contacts on Google+, and some on Facebook, i have contacts on Yahoo as well, is there any mid or third party application where i can put or save or sync my all contacts together so that i will know that this much people i know on internet?

Well there are many application in which you signing in your all a/c in place, like imo and etc i think using this technique you can get your solutions
