I want to know that how can I make a demo video of a mobile app? I want to create video of mobile app when user is using app. Can anyone suggest me, how can I do it?

What platform is the app developed on? If it is a Windows PC, then there are plenty of free screen capture programs available. Test them and find which you like best. If its on a Mac, you are more likely to have to pay.
Use an emulator for your app on your PC and use a desk top screen capture program and then post edit the video.
