Hey guys!

I am so sick and tired of Dreamweawer... Does anyone else have the problem that the program runs really slow and is lagging / failing? And do anyone have any idea of another program that one can use?

Hi and welcome to the site. The simple answer is: do not use Dreamweaver. As to what to use instead, the purist answer is to use a programmer's editor. There are a number to choose from, and many are free. I like Notepad++, but my needs are pretty basic. So long as it works with WAMP server I'm happy.
