I am in the preliminary stages of building my startup and I am looking for an experienced developer who can help build me a website that has slot machine games. Some features would include social media integration, bonus rounds, quality graphics, leaderboard, sounds, and animation. I would really like to work with someone who has past experience in this field and prefer not to use Unity technology.

This is the sort of thing that requires approval of a gambling board (often government run or government agency or a quango type board that approves (licences) your product as a certified piece of equipment), the reason being is that the odds have to be fair, the results consistent, the payouts within set parameters and these games often fall under various regulations, especially where games of chance are concerned and this means that these machines can't just be programmed to payout what you like, they have to conform to a system of payout based on income and there's that chance win! it has to also be attainable.

From what you have posted, it doesn't look like you have applied for a licence.

Thanks for your reply. I am not building a real casino. This is simply a website that has slot machine games so no government approval will be necessary.

As long as you are not taking money for plays, you would very likely be in the clear, anything that takes a payment is in no two ways about it, gambling and you need a licence for that as well as the code checked and approved.
