Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, feel free to delete or move if so.
Have a longtime client who worked for a law firm and branched off, started their own firm. As a result, needed to move their entire website to a new domain, set up e-mail for that new domain, make some content and minor graphical changes, and the like. I don't want to overcharge this client and I keep second guessing the bill. It's a small website (roughly 15 content pages) but the effort was there. Would you just go hourly or do those of you designers out there who do this sort of thing have a general pricing in mind for when you need to move an entire website and all the little things that go with it when a website's URL and company changes? Thanks for any insight. The customer has been with me a while, and I think my biggest fear is OVERcharging.
