Efficient way of manually translating website?

Hi guys,

Trying to create a website that is multilingual, however I don’t wish to use a translator (google translate) I want to manually translate the website myself and offer a button to click if users wish to read the text in the other language.

Whats is the best way of implementing this, can anyone give me advice?

@rootSep 19.2018 — Google translate can do that for you, the browser will offer to translate the page. All sites that have been in another language have been offered for translation on google or with a google tool.
