Related to Off-page SEO Techniques

If a particular website page is not getting indexed after working with the focus keyword, then which SEO -off technique should be use for better result.
I have used web2.0 promotion, Article submission, social bookmarking with High DA sites but still there is indexing issue.

Surprised a few haven't disappeared up their own butts chasing that myth.

Someone in Google, and note that its only Google that push this fallacy which I believe was a cheap way of lowering processing on their servers to find the location of the resource that is stored.

Its humans that have issues over remembering where stuff is, so SEO URL's are easier for humans but in the real world of computers, the computer don't care, it will pull that resource whether or not its an SEO URL.

Its like Google claim that JQuery is JavaScript, no guys, its written in JavaScript and can not run scripts WITHOUT SUPPORT, the difference, JavaScript requires a browser to run out the box, no additional framework to make it work.

SBM is considered as spamming in the eyes of Google nowadays. Don't do SBM more otherwise your web page will be penalized and it will be difficult to rank your page.

Make sure your web page doesn't contain noindex tag. If so, then your web page will never get indexed by search engine. And if your page doesn't have noindex tag, then you can do "Fetch as Google" in webmaster tool. It will definitely boost the speed of indexing your web page.
