I'll eventually make the switch, but I just figured it'd be simpler to go with the extension- plug n' play, and I've heard mIRC can be a tad user-unfriendly to beginners.
Here's the messages I get when I attempt connection:

I didn't notice the "ident" line last time- what is that? I was able to previously connect without knowing what it was, though.
I'd rather wait on contacting them until you check that, however- maybe it's something I can fix. If it isn't, what's easier- explaining to me what information they need, or just you sending the message?
