advice on selling my site

Hi gang,

This is my first post here, and I hope to have more shortly. I have a website I would like to sell, that I have been the webmaster of since September '04. The site has a nice # of unique visitors and uses about 3-4GB of bandwith per month, and I'd like to put it up for sale. It caters to the sci-fi community, and I'd like to see it go to someone who will take as much pride in it as I have.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me their thoughts on getting the maximum profit from its sale, or any good ways to go about selling the site?
