Unfortunately it's not that simple.
html browsers were never intended to play audio objects. hence the development of plugins. (flash player, windows media player, real quicktime)
First you need to decide on what is going to stream the audio.
Then you can take appropriate steps. such as pick up a mp3player.swf for flash
or object embed a windows media object etc
The simple solution (though mac and linux users will hate this) is to use a windows media object embed and link to the .mp3
simply replace the name of your mp3 in the code
