Login Problems

Hello, I can design website moderately well. but i have a problem. i want to create a login page, so ppl can login to the library site which is what i am designing. u can check the books you have borrowed and stuff.

so basically i want on admin login and other users with limited privilegde. i also want the user to be able to sign up, kinda like yahoo. i need links please, for the codes to use or even software. there is no need to slave if someone had done it right? ?

oh i am using asp, frontpage and microsoft access.

help me please!!!!!!
